Here's is another customer compliment about efaucets.com's customer service:
I just want to thank efaucets for such great service.  I own several rentals and am always ordering parts, etc  online for repairs.  I was having a horrible time finding polished brass roman faucets as most were not immediately available and needed to be ordered.  I called for help and Mike J helped me twice.  After my second call,  he searched online with me and we finally found the faucet I needed ( it was available) ...he also told me to order the valves when I explained the water leaking problem at the rental .  I would never have thought to order the valves. 
This service was beyond good....and the help was so appreciated. It is very expensive to purchase plumbing items and then get the plumber over to the rental only to find I didn't get the right parts.  Mike J has saved me so much money,  time and stress.  Because of this excellent customer service, I will share this story with my other friends who also have rentals. 
Please put this email in Mike J's file.  Quality service like this is rare now days and it should be noted in his file.
